Shipping Information

Shipping Rates : All shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the order. Actual product weights (including packing/packaging) are totaled and appropriate charges applied. These charges are shown in the main shopping cart as each item is added.

Delivery Time :
Delivery time = shipping time + order processing time. Most products will ship the next business day. Standard shipping time (UPS Ground) for U.S.A. orders takes from 1 to 7 business days, depending on where you live . So your delivery time is 2 to 8 business days for standard shipping to arrive at your door. International destinations will be shipped by Postal Mail, Insured, and will take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive depending on destination.

Shipment Methods : Several shipment methods are available, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, Priority Mail, or Air Mail. For UPS shipments we need an actual street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If a shipping method or destination other than that shown is required you may contact Dragon Works by phone or e-mail for shipping charges and delivery times. With prior arrangement we may be able to ship by whatever method you wish, extra charges may be required. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and Military (APO/FPO) addresses will be by U.S.A.. Postal Service.

International Orders / Customs Information : Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the items.

Guarantee/Returns: All standard- in stock products are fully guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase. The purchaser will receive a full refund including shipping charges for any items that are returned due to an error on our part, such as wrong item, damaged. No returns will be accepted on special order, custom made, or electrical parts. Returns within the 30 day period for any other reason will receive a full refund for the cost of the item only. We must receive the returned item in the same condition as shipped, including all the original undamaged packaging, including gift box or display box.
